To En'Vision - Soul Wisdom, Heart-Driven
Visioning, what is it?
It is a process of connecting to something that you experience as being successful at a specific time in the future. It is inviting the experience of it being actualised already in the here-and-now, knowing what it looks and feels like to have succeeded. It is so Vivid, Inspiring and Energising that it can also be visualised by others whose purpose, passion or values are congruently aligned to the vision.
A Vision is through you, an expression of consciousness that wants to be actualised, therefore it is always for the highest good of humanity.
It differs to a business plan in that it is not driven by forecasted KPI's and/or strategy that are created in the here-and-now often through greed, a need or a fear.
To envision is somewhat likened to time-travel, it's the experience of connecting into the vastness of possibility and potentiality. An opportunity to connect to a wisdom beyond our ego-self, or the parts of self that keep us playing small rather than being bold and audacious in our creations and collaborations.
Imagine a Vision that is so inspiring you can share it and captivate an audience as it feels so real, so doable and so beneficial to them too, a vision that inspires and motivates others to support you in bringing it to life; to make it a reality.
A Vivid Vision feels congruent, alive, energising and important. It is somehow aligned consciously not only to the values of a business but also to the values of the community it serves. Knowing the values that align to the frequency of the vision makes it easier to share it in it's entirety, to effectively and efficiently plan the next steps and stages, to flag and celebrate the milestones and to navigate executing, collaborating and actively-engaging with key stakeholders throughout the project or creative process.
It is NOT a Vision Board, be clear about that!
Visioning is not a vision board filled up with images from magazines combined into creating a collage.
It's not just day dreaming or thinking big.
It's not about taking your dreams and desires or a boring business plan into the future to refine it. It is aligned to the work you are here to do, to your purpose, your passions and your desire for all life forms to flourish and thrive.
It is an amazing experience and a powerful way to remember how it feels to succeed.
By vicariously envisioning the future and experiencing it as already here, knowing it in every cell of your being, having a felt-sense of living and breathing it, articulating and capturing it, bringing it back to the present and turning it into a book, a document, a story-board or similar, so that the next steps emerge with wisdom, ease and grace.

A personal vision actualised in less than 12-months
I recorded a personal vision, it said, within the next 2-years I will have the opportunity to have a conversation with at least 3 people who have inspired me in some way. I wasn't quite sure how that would unfold and so I started to join groups where those who inspired me came together. A local Mastermind, an only conscious community and a networking group. I also enrolled in the Inner-MBA but that was more aligned to my desire to bring more heart leadership to those I coach in corporations.
Fast forward 11-months... IMAGINE the moment I realised I was in a conversation with 3 people who inspire me.
Imagine how I felt when I realised my vision, written 12-months earlier was actualised, and that these 3 people who inspire me are generally not together in a conversation. It was like magic, yet that vision is what motivated me to enrol in the Inner-MBA.
So a Vision somehow aligns us to take action that for our greater good and aligned to the work/purpose we are here to do.

A Vision pulls you forward, it's magnetic and somehow once captured and voiced to another, it takes on a vibration of its own and comes to life with more ease.
The visioning process is easy, and yet like anything worth doing in life it takes repeated practice to master.
Yvette helps you to capture your Vision through a 1:1 visioning process.
A vision shared becomes a collective reality, it is inspiring, purposeful, benefits many and makes a difference to someone in a positive way.

I have a dream...
Is it possible that Martin Luther-King, Jr. actually had something far more inspiring than a dream?
I would call it a Vision, a Vivid Vision, one that was so inspiring, many collaborated to bring it to life?
His vision was so vivid and real to him that he then knew that he needed to be speaking to tens of thousands of people about it. He did not fear what others might think or feel about his audacity to do so.
He saw himself inviting people to come together for the greater good, a collective consciousness united, all there wanting to hear him speak about his vision of hope for a brighter future for people of colour, for First Nations people and for minority groups?
A Civil Rights Movement, a Future Oriented Vision that would live on beyond his lifespan, a vision where all peoples are celebrated, valued and embraced as being one another's equal?
He along with Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela and Maya Angelou are great examples of what can happen when you have a vision that you believe in so strongly that your relationship with yourself is so trusting that you stay aligned to it, even when all the odds seem against you.
