How Conscious Business Leader Coaching works

Step one

• Schedule a call or if you prefer organise an in-person zoom meeting with Yvette
• Allow for up to 45-minutes as it is essential that youth agree it's a good fit and the right style of coaching for your desired outcomes. 
• Prior to the meeting email through 5 things you'd want to take away form coaching in say 3-months time, Yvette will explore one of these with you in that call so that you take something away, even if it's a no to progressing to step 2.
• Yvette will share fee's, options, logistics and 
• You will get to experience how you experience yourself in her presence.

Step two

• Lock in your fortnightly coaching day and time for the duration of the coaching program
• You will be given access to a shared folder, either Dropbox or Google Drive, where resources and tools will live to support you're coaching journey
• Complete a user-friendly document to get Yvette up to speed on your business plan, financials, services and offerings, clients/customers and the workplace demographics and the team that supports you, this includes family and pets too.

Step three

• Plan when your Visioning Process will occur, this is different for each business and cannot be known until at least 2 coaching conversations have been completed
• Once a month you will review your financials with Yvette so that you get real, really quick! This is your foundation for success!
• Each month you will explore what is informing you about where you are at, right now, as well as looking to the future to create tasks, actions, steps and stages aligned to desired outcomes, including identifying, barriers, key stakeholders, and delegating where possible so that your magic is less about doing and more about being your passion; Being on-purpose!

Hello conscious business owner

It's Yvette here.

I wanted to pop in and say hi. I also feel compelled to speak to the question I've been asked as to Why? so few words on my website. Okay, yes I know that Google and SEO need more and more words, but I also know that as my business has successfully run on word-of-mouth for 12 years it's not the only way to thrive in business.

So I decided on NOT giving you all the normal sales talk, promises and blah blah? Ultimately I believe that I could write loads of words, or maybe have AI do it for me and perhaps with more words you'd feel assured that we're a good fit JUST because of all those words, but to be honest with you, that's not my style. My style is to meet people, to feel somehow connected and from there to explore if I can support them to bring their vision to life, to grow their business ethically and sustainable and to inspire them to be the genuinely mindful leader that is needed at this time in history.

The people I work tend to be personable in their own way, consciously aware that they impact everyone they meet in some ay and they value making connections beyond a sale. And so let's not know if we're a good fit for your vision until we've met and explored if now is the right time for me to support you to grow your business and maybe enjoy some personal evolution too. If when we meet it's not a good fit then we'll both know it and either go our separate ways or perhaps we'll stay connected and support each other in different ways to touch and influence more people and grow more conscious businesses around us just by operating at that frequency of Being for the Greater Good of all Life Forms.
