Experiencing a Shift in Being
Transformational, Awakened, Enlightened are words frequently used to define a shift in being that aligns someone to their true-self, their sovereign self, and it is because they capture the essence of courage required to venture on such a journey of becoming.
The worlds happiest people...
According to research the happiest people reside in the colder Scandinavian climate zones and it's not because it's cold that they are happy it's more about they aim to live a contented life.
There cultures value making connections, building community, having a healthy normal working week (38-hours and no overtime) rather than existing to make millions or die trying.
And the people who live happy and contented lives in warmer climates, or outside of the listed happiest countries have similar values along with implementing Mindfulness practices on a daily or weekly basis, engage in self-evolution programs and transformational change workshops, and/or are expanding consciousness through philosophical conversation - a thinking from the edge approach.
Life is a process of ebbs and flows...
Like the ocean, your breath, your life-force is a receiving of inward flow and then a letting go, a releasing to make space for something new and fresh to come in return.
Contraction and expansion are a normal part of the process and when we expand our perspective to have a wider field of awareness we are released from archaic narratives, old wounds and in the remembering of our true-nature we return to our sovereign self.
Awakening to your true-nature is one of the most rewarding life adventures one can traverse. Awakening incorporates gratitude, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, belonging and connectedness.
Yet such a transformative, awakening, requires courage, curiosity and compassion that is accompanied with a deep root self-trust, knowing that once the journey begins you'll want to inspire, motivate and encourage others to enrich their world more consciously too.
A shift in being, can I tempt you to venture on such a journey?
