The Inside-Out Coach Mentoring process provides coaches an opportunity to learn through collective experiences. It is a safe place to openly share when you're struggling, explore those challenging client situations, celebrate the successes and gain feedback from the group about what they’ve tried, what worked and what didn’t work and when pausing in more powerful than taking action; so that you can fast-track your inner-coach evolution.

You will identify, celebrate and enrich personal attributes that enhance your coaching style and skills, conversational and relational agility to tune in and be guided by the coachee’s inner-world to set their pace for them to experience transformational change.

In mastering the art of introspection you'll also come to see the shadow aspects of self that work for and against you in your client sessions. It's an opportunity to elevate your consciousness and in doing so decide which attributes you may need to dial down with some clients, but turn up with others.

​Additionally, being mentored by two experienced coaches with more than 10,000 hours of face-to-face client work each is priceless.

Your Investment:

• $330 p/m with a minimum 4-month commitment, paid monthly 
• 90-minutes per week of your time, alternating between participating in the group calls & reflective practice and reading
• After the initial 4-month program you can elect to end it there, continue on at that level or perhaps you're ready to evolve to the Coach Mastermind Group which focuses on more personal evolution entwined with business growth
• The Coach Mastermind Group is by application only and open to coaches who have completed the 4-month Inside-Out group Coaching process
