Circle Guides
Why gatherings for guides?
Those who create and hold spaces for others are open-hearted, servant leaders who give so much to others and love being present for this purpose. And yet, we know that there is rarely, if ever, an opportunity for these women to gather with others who also hold space. Rarely, if ever, do they connect, listen and share with women like them so that they can learn more about being in the here and now. Rarely, if ever, do they discuss and wonder together about the liminal space and how it's magic works to allow our feminine wisdom to rise. Perhaps, until now, there has never been an invitation.
What would you share?
- Are you holding a space for women, not only in your heart, but physically too?
- Do you absolutely love being part of this safe, sacred space?
- Do you also yearn to sit in a space with other guides?
- Would you love to share more of you, without holding back or holding onto the hope that the ‘right’ amount of time to be heard will emerge?

What would you share?
- Stories about you, your life, your successes and struggles
- Stories you may have never shared because of shame, sadness, despair or some other emotion
- Stories just waiting for a space that will hold them and you safely, allowing you to express who you are being right now, how you got here, perhaps even glimpsing who you are becoming as a result
Who is this for?
These gatherings are for female guides who hold all sorts of spaces for others. To share something of who you are, knowing you will be held without judgment; here is a place to receive unconditional love and nourishment for your soul.
These gatherings are for others like you. To witness their sharing, to hear their stories that connect us, strengthen us and inspire us, provides us with an opportunity to celebrate our sisters’ liberation and expansion. Here, too, we will practice the art of conversation as equals, with curiosity, deep listening, slowing down and allowing clarity to emerge from the messiness.
These gatherings are for our re-culturing of humanity. Margaret Wheatley, in her book Turning to One Another, speaks to the benefits of our willingness to be disturbed, given the journey we might walk together in restoring hope for the future. Noting that "no one perspective can give us the answers we need to solve the problems of today", Margaret asserts "being willing to let go of our certainty and expect ourselves to be confused for a time" is a critical experiential component in the unfolding of the paradox... and in our realisation that "we can only find answers by admitting we don't know."
The group size will be nine or fewer, meeting on the first Tuesday of each month.
Will you gather with us in conversation?

Do you know a woman who started out in small business so that she could do work that she loved on her own terms? Did she have a dream, discover her life purpose and want to make a real impact in her community? Did she become a soul-preneur because she recognised that others in her field were doing this work poorly, unethically and/or that it was actually harmful to people or our planet? Did she also want the flexibility to meet her personal and family needs?
Do you know if it’s been an easy journey for that woman?
Most women who are leading in supportive industries like coaches, healers and practitioners, managing within not for profits or heading up foundations, have found the transition to their new way of working as a soul-preneurs has been hard. Stressful. Uncertain. And at times, Overwhelming.
Our clients have shared with us that they know their stuff, i.e., they have expert-ease, but feel uncomfortable or stretched with 'doing business'. Some have failed to establish or respect their nett value which often shows up as not charging what they’re worth, or worse, paying their team members or contractors more than themselves! They feel it's their obligation to help, 'heal', harmonize and hold the space for others, yet, their support team is non-existent! There’s a frustration; thinking that they’d left behind an old-world paradigm where power over others was the norm in that environment, yet they still struggle to engage people with professional standards that they expect and demonstrate themselves. Some women feel alone in their business; in sharing their experiences with their partners, family or friends they also struggle with relatability and what comes back is rarely 'I get that!'
If this resonates for you then read on!
What if you could sit with a small group of women each month who would 'really, get you!', listen deeply to you and support you?
What if we invited in those who would teach us something practical that would help us work smarter not harder?
What if we could be women operating in mindful, ethical businesses whilst holding others to account for their professional performance?
How would it feel to you if you could consistently lead with integrity, power (not force) and wisdom?
Would that interest you?
