The Felt-Sense Coach Mentoring is a group coaching and mentoring process.

Self-Mastery is the embodiment and how to be with a client, coaches or mentee, in ways that transforms their lives. To become the coach that people refer all their friends too and where clients return frequently to elevate their own lived experiences. Coaching is not limited to 6-sessions, it's an ongoing process of evolution, elevation and expansion.

  • ask smart, clever and even those dumb questions
  • courageously engage in hard conversations and *to explore or perhaps uncover hidden biases that get in the way of actualising generative change for a client.

It is a wholeself approach to self mastery and as such to inner coach mastery too. You'll explore ways to embody harnessing the powers of mindfulness, intuition and emotional intelligence so that you can show-up selflessly, compassionately, intuitively and wisely and in your fullness openly, robustly, yet kindly express your thoughts and share the emotional ebbs and flows that emerge when we are coaching clients. Explore and gain insight into how our personal values work for and against us, if we are unconscious about how they motivate us, in all coaching conversation unless we practice and master being present to the emergence of that inner-knowing and how to tune to it as a wisdom for the clients evolution too. 

Visioning, to envision, is possibly the most powerful aspect of any coaching program and having a safe place to openly share your vision, expand into the outer realm of consciousness so that you can support more people to evolve their world and change the trajectory of humankind for the greater good.

It's a safe haven to speak about your coaching business, express and be heard when sharing where or how you are struggling, explore in depth those challenging client situations, celebrate the successes and gain feedback from the group about what they’ve tried, what worked and didn’t work, and master when pausing is more powerful than action; so that you can fast-track your inner-coach evolution.

You will have ample opportunities to access continuous self-improvement, explore your identify, celebrate and enrich personal attributes that enhance your coaching style and skills, conversational and relational agility to be guided by the coachee’s inner-world trusting them to set their pace for them to experience generative (lasting) transformational change.

When mastering the art of introspection you'll also see how the shadow parts of self that work for and against you in your client sessions. It's an opportunity to elevate your consciousness and in doing so you'll consciously be deciding which attributes, skills and behaviours you may need to dial down with some clients, but turn up loud with others.

Your Investment:
