How Conscious Business Leader Coaching works

Step One - Initial Connection

Schedule a 20-Minute Video Call: Choose between Google Meet or Zoom for this initial conversation to ensure it’s convenient and accessible for you.
Assess Alignment: This call is designed to determine if the coaching aligns with your values, desired outcomes, and budget. It’s a mutual opportunity to establish a meaningful connection.
Prepare Ahead: Before the meeting, email Yvette five key things you’d like to achieve through coaching over the next three months. During the call, Yvette will explore one of these with you, ensuring you leave with a valuable insight, regardless of next steps.
Discuss Options: Yvette will clearly outline fees, program structures and available opportunities, providing transparency and clarity to help you make an informed decision.
Coaching Programs Overview: One-on-one Conscious Business Leader Coaching begins at $1,250 per month with a minimum six-month commitment, or opt for a focused 90-day intensive designed for high achievers.

This step sets the foundation for an authentic coaching partnership, created to align with your aspirations and pave the way toward transformative growth.

Step Two - Committing to Your Journey

Formalize Your Commitment: Say “yes” to your coaching experience by requesting an agreement to review and sign, setting the foundation for your growth.
Set Your Coaching Schedule: Choose a day and time for your weekly, fortnightly, or monthly sessions, depending on your tailor-made program. This designated time will remain consistent throughout the coaching process.
Access Your Resource Hub: Accept an invitation to a shared Google Drive folder, where coaching tools and resources will be curated to support your progress and assist with completing agreed-upon actions.
Provide Key Insights: Complete a simple document to bring Yvette up to speed on your business and support system. Share details about your business plan, financials, services, clients, workspace demographics, and even the family and pets that contribute to your world.

This step is about fully stepping into the coaching partnership, preparing the groundwork for a purposeful and impactful transformation.

Step Three - Your Visioning Process

Envision Through Every Sense: The groundwork for bringing anything extraordinary to life starts with seeing, feeling, and embodying your vision. This process invites you to connect deeply with what you want to create and how it aligns with your purpose.
Schedule Your Visioning Session: Together, we’ll determine the best time for this powerful session based on your visioning capacity, ensuring it integrates seamlessly into your coaching journey.
Ground Your Vision with Financial Clarity: Once a month, you’ll review your financials with Yvette to ensure you're staying grounded in reality, enabling you to act with clarity and focus.
Evolve and Align: This step is designed to evolve you as a leader while nurturing your unique gifts and magic. It’s about aligning your current reality with a clear path forward, creating achievable tasks and steps rooted in your desired outcomes.
